In cases where non-delivery ensues due to an error on your part, such as providing an incorrect name or address, any additional expenses associated with re-delivery will be attributed to the user who placed the order.
As of now, we provide our shopping services free of charge upto the purchare order of Rs. 999/- and above. However, kindly note that Blantic reserves the prerogative to introduce fees for certain services in the future.

In order to qualify for an exchange, the product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returns will be accepted solely if the item is returned in its original packaging. Items that exhibit signs of damage, soiling, or alteration will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
